In the \’View Data\’ grid, the \’User\’ column has now been replaced by \’Mobile User\’ and \’Portal User\’ columns.

• Any records created or updated via AppCan Cloud (including Portal to Mobile (P2M)) will show the user name in the \’Portal User\’ column.
• Any records submitted or updated via AppCan XP will show the user name in the \’Mobile User\’ column.

• The user name in bold text indicates the user who last updated the record.

Note:

In \’Report Builder\’, both \’Mobile User\’ & \’Portal User\’ columns are available to report on.  In addition to these, for backwards compatibility, the \’SubmittedBy\’ field is still available and reports the user who last updated the record (which could be either \’Mobile User\’ or \’Portal User\’).
