‘Global Views’ allows a Super User to define a view for all users of the selected Data Collector app. You to create multiple Global Views for the same Data Collector app. These views save the grid with any applied filters, column positions, column widths etc.

Set your view as required, applying any filters, column positions, column width etc.
Once you are happy with your view layout, select \’Add\’ to the right of the \’Views\’ dropdown.

Enter a name for your view in the \’Create View\’ modal, select the \’Global View\’ checkbox and \’Save\’ the view.

Your \’Global View\’ is now available for all users of the selected Data Collector.
