This usually means you will need to reduce the length of the filename.

You can rename the Zip file to a shorter filename, or when you extract the Zip file using \’Extract All\’, change the filename to a shorter one as shown in the example below:

1 – Select \’Extract All\’

2 – Shorten the filename, in this example, the filename length has been reduced to \’IMGA183255 North Street\’

After the Zip has been extracted, you should be able to open the PDF\’s contained in the Zip file.
