On the login screen, at the bottom, is the Version number of the AppCan XP app. You may be asked to provide this for support purposes.

You can change the order that your apps are shown on the device. This makes it easy for you to have the most commonly used apps at the top of the list, for ease of access.

The first time you load the app, the default order for apps is:

Document Distribution (ascending order)
Data Collector (ascending order)

Any new apps downloaded, will always be shown at the bottom of your app list. You can then move them into the required position.

There are 2 apps which always remain at the top of the app list, these are ‘Unread Documents‘ and ‘Favourite Documents‘, and cannot be adjusted.

To move the app position, select ‘Settings’ on the right-hand side of the app header.

Hold the 3 bars at the side of the app, and drag the app to the required position.

To finalise the app positions, select ‘Done’.

Please note, if you are using more that 1 device, after a sync, the app positions will be the same on other devices (after a sync).

Unable to sync – no network	AppCan XP unable to sync due to no network connection available	Check device has connectivity (WiFi, 4G) and resync
Sync Failure – Network connection interrupted	AppCan XP unable to complete sync due to network connection lost	Check device has connectivity (WiFi, 4G) and resync
Sync Failure – Unauthorised	Potential permissions issue, user not authenticated due to incorrect password	Log out of AppCan XP and log in again. If sync failure continues to show, contact AppCan support
Unexpected Sync Failure	AppCan XP unable to complete sync due to server side error	Log out of AppCan XP and log in again. If sync failure continues to show, contact AppCan support
