To enable forwarding of records, in the Data Collector builder select the 3 dot icon next to the App Name, then select the ‘Allow mobile users to forward records’ option. Select Confirm to apply the change.

You can forward records created on AppCan XP, records received from the portal (P2M) or records received from another user.

You can forward records that have been completed, or partially completed.

To forward a record, slide from right to left against the required record, and select the ‘Forward’ option.

You will then be presented with a list of available users you can forward the record to.

A popup message box will appear, select ‘Yes’ for confirm the forward, or ‘No’ to cancel the selection.

After the record has been forwarded, the record would will show an outbound arrow cloud icon.
