If a new Alert has been sent to you, during the use of AppCan XP, a popup message box will be shown with how many unread Alerts you have.  Unread Alerts are shown in bold text.

You will need to read all unread Alerts, by tapping on each unread Alert, before you can continue using AppCan XP.
