Quick Filters are filters that provide one-click filtering based on a set of predefined parameters. This is an optional feature that is configured by a site administrator.

Simply click on the drop down to select one of up to 5 possible filters to apply against the data.

Selecting the ‘VIEW DATA’ tab reveals a single drop down labelled ‘Select App’.

To manage your data, select the applicable app from the ‘Select App’ drop down (NOTE: You will only see the list of apps in the ‘Select Apps’ dropdown for which you have permission to use).

By default, the list contains both ‘Alert Receipts’ and ‘Documents’ options. In addition, the list also contains reference to any ‘data collector’ apps that have been created to date.

Drag a column header to the blue Grouping Toolbar area to group the data by that header.

To group by multiple column headers, repeat the step above for the additional column headers that should be included in the group.

To remove a group or remove a column header from a group containing multiple column headers, click on the ‘x’ to the far right of the applicable column header name.

By default, when a Group is defined, it will be sorted in ascending order. To change the sort order to descending, click on the up arrow to the right of the column header label. The arrow will now point down to indicate that the sort order is set to descending.

The Sort Toolbar provides the functionality to sort and filter your data for easy analysis.

Sorting

Each column can be sorted in ascending or ascending order.

Sorting in ascending order
To sort the data in ascending order for a single column header, tap/click on the column header label once so that the arrow to the right of the column header label is pointing up.

$\"\"$ To sort the data in descending order for a single column header, click on the same column header label a second time so that the arrow to the right of the column header label is pointing down.

$\"\"$ To clear a sort for a single column header, click on the same column header label a third time so that the dark grey shading behind the column header label disappears.

There are five filtering options in the multi-functional data grid that enables the filtering of data:

Check the applicable response(s) then tap/click anywhere outside of the list to apply the filter.

You can select one or more options from the dropdown.

Tap/click on the drop down to reveal the complete list of responses to filter on.

Click on the calendar icon to select a date and apply the filter.

Click on the clock icon to select a time and apply the filter.

One or both of the above can be defined as part of the filter.

You can manually add/change a time, if you require a more precise time.

Date and/or Time – range

Click on the funnel icon to select the From and To date and/or time range filter.

Click on the calendar icons to select the From and To dates.

Click on the clock icons to select the From and To times.

Click on the ‘Apply’ button to apply the filter.

Tap/click on the calendar icon to select a date and apply the filter.

To clear a filter(s), select the ‘Clear Filters’ button at the bottom of the screen.

If multiple filters have been defined, tapping/clicking the ‘Clear Filters’ button clears all of them at the same time.

You can change the Formula in the Lower Toolbar.
